1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bha99 ("bha99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bha99 website, mobile interface, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.2 Account Registration

To use the bha99 Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one bha99 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, household, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bha99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances therein. Players who have previously been excluded or suspended may not create new accounts.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3 Account Security

3.4 Device and Browser Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and browser you use to access bha99 are free from malicious software, keyloggers, or other security threats. bha99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of compromised devices or networks used to access the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bha99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bha99 does not accept third-party payments — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. bha99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will notify players of material changes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for bKash, Nagad and Rocket, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to three (3) business days. bha99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.

4.4 Refund Policy

Deposits are final once confirmed. bha99 does not issue refunds on confirmed deposits except in cases of proven technical error. Requests for refunds must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the disputed transaction. All refund decisions are made at bha99's sole discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives offered by bha99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. These Terms constitute the overarching framework within which all individual promotion terms operate.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus conditions, wagering on opposing outcomes to reduce risk (bonus hedging), and providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus. bha99 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings and close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 bha99's Right to Withdraw Promotions

bha99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its withdrawal will not be retroactively affected, provided the applicable terms and conditions have been met in good faith.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bha99 sportsbook are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake, and bet type before confirming any wager. bha99 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless a technical fault on the Platform can be demonstrated.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. bha99 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other international sports. 6.3 Void Bets

bha99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error; (c) the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bha99 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. Maximum payout limits vary by sport, market, and event tier. These limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook sections. bha99 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for individual accounts at its discretion.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party

11 Limitation of Liability

bha99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage — whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory — even if bha99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bha99's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bha99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, that cannot be resolved through bha99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

bha99 operates its Platform for the Bangladesh market and acknowledges that players access the Platform subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the bha99 Platform is lawful in their country of residence.
